 NIPR, NEPC collaborates to promote Made-In-Nigeria goods abroad

The leadership of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has entered a strategic alliance with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) with a view towards promoting Made-in-Nigeria products and services locally and internationally.
The objective according to the top leadership of both organization is targeted to boost and promote national economic growth.
The partnership arrangement was announced by NIPR President, Dr. Ike Neliaku, during a recent visit to NEPC’s Abuja headquarters..
The Institute’s boss emphasized that the collaboration is crucial as both organisations play key roles in shaping Nigeria’s image, reputation, and economic prospects globally. He noted that the country has abundant resources and the capacity to compete internationally, adding that Nigerian products are capable of matching global standards.

As part of the partnership, NIPR has invited NEPC to establish a Made-in-Nigeria exhibition pavilion at the upcoming World Public Relations Forum (WPRF). He added that NEPC’s improvements in product packaging and presentation could be showcased at the forum to demonstrate Nigeria’s ability to produce goods that meet international expectations.
Neliaku also commended the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of NEPC, Nonye Ayeni, for her efforts toward improving the quality, finishing, and packaging of locally manufactured products.
Responding, Ayeni expressed the council’s readiness to collaborate with NIPR, which is hosting the World Public Relations Forum, to create opportunities for Made in Nigeria products to gain greater visibility in local and international markets. The collaboration will support NEPC’s efforts to diversify the economy and leverage NIPR’s role in managing Nigeria’s reputation. Ayeni added that the partnership will highlight Nigeria’s production capacity, improve local businesses’ competitiveness, and contribute to non-oil export expansion.
